Looking for a career in Floral Design?

We are now looking for someone we can train to design beautiful chic looking arrangements. Please provide a brief paragraph why we should invest time in training you.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic communication in English is a must, French/Greek/Spanish a bonus
- Punctual and responsible as we offer a time-sensitive service
- Willing and able to keep up in an extremely fast-paced environment with composure
- A self-starter, taking initiative, giving and open to feedback
- A team player with a positive “will-do” attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves to creatively work through problems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Quick on your feet with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

Not sensitive to criticism – part of the training, we make it constructive.

- Possess a creative eye and passionate about flowers and floral design!
- We hustle hard and stay focused to get the job done. No one is “above” any job.
- A lot of putting flowers in water, cleaning buckets and maintaining stock
- Full time and Available and willing to work on evenings (rare), weekends and holidays when required. We are all hands on deck for the holidays!




- Make beautiful bouquets and arrangements in the Park Ex Fashion ensuring each meets our high-quality standards; if a bouquet isn’t perfect, you have the keen eye and green thumb to change it
- Clean, prep and organize flowers as they are delivered and assist in managing inventory
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized and in tip-top shape at all times
- Assist with event set-up and tear-down as required
- print labels/match with cards and wrap/packaging bouquets for shipping
- some experience is preferred but not mandatory

Below is a list of duties and environmental scenarios representative of those to be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

- Serving the public
- Frequent lifting of buckets and boxes that weigh up to 40 lbs, and standing for extended periods of time and constantly working with your hands.
- Use of sharp tools such as knives and cutters. You will be trained safely.
- We operate in a warehouse environment as well as a warm storefront.
- Appropriate attire will be expected for this setting.
- This is a full-time role with a competitive salary
- Casual dress

Pay: $16.60-$19.00 per hour
