We design and build $250K+ outdoor transformations for some of the most discerning homeowners in BC. Forty years in business. Growing fast. One seat open for an estimator who takes accuracy seriously.

You care about the details without losing the big picture. You ask good questions when information is incomplete. You communicate before a deadline becomes a problem. And when your estimate goes to the field, it's right.

The Work

You will complete take-offs, build estimates, coordinate material and subcontractor pricing, validate costs, and prepare clear proposal notes for our Sales team. You will work from approved drawings, renderings, site information, and scope packages using LMN and our established estimating workflow.

What Success Looks Like

Accurate take-offs that reflect the latest approved design and scope. Complete estimates with clear assumptions, exclusions, quantities, and pricing. Standard estimates delivered within seven business days unless another deadline has been agreed. No surprises in the field that trace back to the estimate.
