Schedule

Day Shift

- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Breaks:

- Two 15-minute breaks
- One 45-minute lunch break

Position Summary

Successful candidates will receive training in all aspects of our Pre-Cast Department. This role involves the preparation, mixing, and pouring of high-temperature refractory concrete products. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to all company safety standards.

The work environment requires:

- Lifting and handling up to 25 kg (55 lbs)
- Wearing respiratory protection
- Standing for extended periods

Key Responsibilities

- Mix, prepare, and pour high-temperature refractory concrete to customer specifications
- Operate power tools, vibration tools, and hand grinders
- Safely operate a forklift & crane
- Prepare, set up,



and clean pre-cast equipment for production requirements
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Follow all health and safety policies, procedures, and secure work practices
- Work collaboratively with Production Scheduling to meet daily production targets
- Assist in minimizing scrap and maximizing material utilization
- Support yield improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete production logs, reports, and other documentation as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Provide support to other departments as required

- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English

Preferred

- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Pre-cast manufacturing
- Concrete production
- Refractory products
- Masonry or related trades
- Experience reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints
- Forklift experience
