Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring that their automotive needs are met with professionalism and expertise. You will utilize your mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to provide accurate information about vehicle repairs, recommend services, and facilitate a smooth experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of repair services and associated costs.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and payments processed.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Skills





- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repairs.
- Proven ability in upselling products or services effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
- Experience in automotive repair environments preferred.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures.
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting additional services.

Pay: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year
