We are looking for motivated and dependable kitchen professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage a specific station during service
- Ensure consistent execution and presentation of dishes
- Support training and guidance of junior kitchen staff
- Monitor prep levels and coordinate with the kitchen team
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organization
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and minimizing waste

Qualifications

- 2–4+ years of experience in a skilled kitchen




- Previous experience managing a station independently
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Leadership skills and ability to support a team
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
