We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery and maintaining a clean and organized environment for our clients. Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including cleaners and laundry staffs.
- Assign duties and inspect work to maintain cleanliness standards and efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to schedules.
- Train new housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and proper use of equipment.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to existing staff to improve performance and productivity.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
- Place orders for supplies as needed and ensure proper storage and usage.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Implement and enforce proper cleaning and disinfection protocols,



especially in sensitive areas like bathrooms and kitchens.
- Prepare reports on departmental activities, such as room occupancy rates, cleaning schedules, and staff performance.
- Maintain records of inventory, expenditures, and personnel matters.
- Motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.

Requirements:

- At least 1 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Must be fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus.
