Milestones is looking for a Manager of Guest Experience at our Pinecrest location.

We're looking for a dynamic Manager who is enthusiastic about the food industry, has great communication skills and can bring the best out in our team. We offer exceptional training and support while you become accustomed to your new position.

As a Manager of Guest Experience at Milestones, you'll receive:

Training - Our training program will ensure you're prepared to take on this role while receiving continued training and support

What You'll Do:

Proactively manage daily operations
Scheduling, hiring, training and motivation of all team members
Oversee food and beverage quality and execution to ensure we continue to provide excellent guest experiences
Handle cash reporting
Manage areas of operations such a labour forecasting and cost control
Support in ordering and inventory
Ensure restaurant adheres to all legislative and government guidelines (i.e. proper and safe food and beverage service, AGCO, Occupational Health & Safety Act, WHMIS, Human Rights Code, Employment Standards, etc.); ensure all food safety guidelines met and followed
Who You Are:





Team oriented with strong written and oral communication skills who can lead in a positive and qualified manner
Confidence and willingness to learn
Has a entrepreneurial spirit and takes pride in their work
Possess a strong attention to detail and are motivated to reach certain sales targets
Loves the food industry and can take pride our food and beverage programs
