Production Warehouse Associate – Hands-On, Detail-Driven, Always Moving

Company: G&L; Printing Services (Ingersoll, Ontario)
Job Title: Production Warehouse Associate
Location: Ingersoll, Ontario – In office at G&L; Printing Services
Hours: Part-time to full-time hours, 15–40 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak seasons
Compensation: $18–$21/hour (depending on experience)

G&L; Printing Services is a fast-growing Canadian-owned print, apparel decoration, fulfillment, and Print-on-Demand (POD) company serving customers across North America.

From custom apparel to warehousing, 3PL fulfillment, and online company stores, we help brands scale through high-quality in-house production, strong systems, and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a Production Warehouse Associate to join our growing team and help keep our 3PL, Print-on-Demand, and production operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Business Momentum Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting order fulfillment, apparel decoration, and daily production workflows.

This isn’t a sit-at-your-desk job — you’ll be on your feet, on the move, and right in the middle of the action. You’ll help keep jobs on track across our 3PL fulfillment, heat press, embroidery, and screen printing departments — ensuring everything is organized, accurate, and completed on time.

What You’ll Do

- Pick, pack, and ship client orders accurately for both 3PL and POD services
- Assist with apparel decoration production, including heat press, embroidery, and screen printing as directed by production leads
- Prepare garments for decoration, including folding, de-bagging, tagging, trimming, hooping, and other preparation
- Support the setup, breakdown, and cleaning of screen printing and embroidery equipment
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments — receiving, checking, and organizing stock and materials
- Assist with labeling, barcoding,

and fulfillment processing for POD and bulk client orders
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products before shipping
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized production and warehouse spaces
- Wash and reclaim screens weekly and help maintain screen printing cleanliness standards
- Load and unload boxes, prepare inventory, and restock materials as needed
- Use internal software systems to track and process orders, inventory, and shipments
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency
- Take initiative to support the team wherever needed — from production and decorating to fulfillment

Qualifications

- Experience in production, fulfillment, apparel decoration, or warehouse operations is preferred
- Hands-on skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable learning and using technology and production software systems
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable for helping maintain production flow
- Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Open to learning new skills across heat press, embroidery, screen printing, and fulfillment
- Minimum completed high school diploma
- Willing to roll up your sleeves — including cleaning, washing screens, organizing inventory, and completing general maintenance tasks

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who:

- Is proactive,

dependable, and takes pride in their work
- Thrives in a hands-on role where every day brings something new
- Enjoys being part of a small, close-knit team
- Isn’t afraid to get dirty when the job calls for it
- Stays organized under pressure and adapts easily to changing priorities
- Pays attention to the small details that impact quality and customer satisfaction
- Is willing to jump in and help wherever the team needs support
- Loves seeing a project through from start to finish — from blank garment to finished product

What We Offer

- Hands-on training across multiple departments, including Screen Print, Embroidery, Heat Press, and 3PL Fulfillment
- A collaborative, fast-moving environment that values teamwork and adaptability
- A role with plenty of variety — no two days are the same
- Competitive hourly wage ($18–$21/hr, depending on experience)
- Part-time schedule of approximately 15–40 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak seasons
- Opportunity to learn multiple areas of production and develop new skills
- Opportunity to grow within a proudly Canadian company expanding its 3PL and Print-on-Demand operations
