We are in search of a Casual Retirement Home Guest Attendant for our St. Mary's, Ontario Location - Wildwood Care Centre.
The Guest Attendant provides personal care to the residents in a safe efficient manner, according to the policies and procedures of the home.
The Details
- Casual
- Pay Rate: $17.60 per hour
The Responsibilities:
- providing personal care including bathing and minimal dressing assistance
- dining room services
- Provides medications to residents according to the homes policies and procedures for medication administration
- housekeeping and laundry services
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of secondary school or equivalent
- Ability to organize work and work under time constraints
- Conflict resolution skills
- Computer skills
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding of the needs of our residents
