We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Pastry & Bakery Production Assistant to join our production team in downtown Montreal.

You’ll work with our pastry team to prepare baked goods for our café locations while keeping production organized, consistent and efficient.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake items such as cakes, cookies, muffins and other pastries
- Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes
- Assist with daily pastry and bakery production
- Monitor ingredients and supplies
- Maintain quality and presentation standards
- Keep the workstation and equipment clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support the team during daily production

What we’re looking for:

- Pastry,



bakery or food preparation experience is an asset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Reliable, organized and detail-oriented
- Able to follow recipes and production standards
- Positive attitude and positive teamwork
- Available to start soon

Full-time position with consistent hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $16.60-$18.00 per hour
