Ram Manufacturing is looking to hire a full time seasonal window and framing fabricators, specializing in glass cutting. The position will be temporary until winter.

We are seeking a dedicated window fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting plate and laminated glass, assembling, inspecting, and ensuring the quality of aluminum sunroom components on the production line. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery and tools to cut, shape, and assemble aluminum components.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment issues.




- Work collaboratively with team members to optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly work (preferred but not required).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools.
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.

Schedule is 4 - 10's Monday to Thursday 7-5:30 with a half hour lunch

Training will be on the job and we are looking for a quick learner.
