You will be a crucial member of our team that will be responsible for monitoring, transporting, rebalancing, and maintaining our fleet of e-scooters in the field to ensure a safe, available ride is always nearby. This role is key to helping grow and maintain our fleet and directly impacts millions of riders who rely on our service.

Flexibility is essential, and we’re looking for candidates who can adapt to different shift patterns based on operational needs.

Orientation Shift

- September 2nd from 12:00pm-3:00pm

Orientation session will take place at the Kamloops warehouse, candidates need to be able to get to Kamloops on their own for the orientation session.

Responsibilities

- Safely drive our fleet vans to ensure that our fleet is distributed throughout the city.
- Work with our local operations team to handle the redistribution or recovery of high-priority vehicles in a timely manner.
- Patrol the designated service areas identifying any e-scooters that may need maintenance or repair.
- Ensuring the quality control is met (and occasionally, essential maintenance) on the scooters.
- Be a brand ambassador and positively exhibit/share protected riding practices with the community.

Requirements

- Must have a valid Class 5, non GDL driver's license




- Able to provide a driver's abstract
- 8-9 years of driving experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable driving large vans, using technology (smartphone), and navigating through the city.
- Work outdoors under various weather conditions.
- Strong knowledge of your local geography or the ability to learn is an asset.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds; stooping, bending, walking, and standing for long periods.
- Must have a fully charged smartphone with a sufficient data plan.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously with little supervision and make quick priority judgments.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

- While this role is for the Vernon operations, the orientation session will be held at the Kamloops warehouse. Are you able to make the drive to Kamloops to meet with the supervisor?
- Are you available to work 5 days a week? Looking for candidates who are flexible on their days available to work.
- Are you available to potentially attend an orientation session on September 2nd from 12:00pm-3:00pm?
