At Toronto Family Hearing, we support patients across the full lifespan, from infants to older adults, navigating hearing loss. Our front desk team must be able to shift communication styles seamlessly: from calm, clear communication with older patients, to warm, engaging interactions with young children and their families.

Responsibilities
- Booking appointments and confirming details clearly
- Greeting patients and families in a welcoming manner
- Managing inquiries with adaptable communication
- Coordinating with team members across locations
- Processing payments and maintaining records
- Supporting clinic operations and logistics

Schedule and Compensation
- This is a full-time, permanent position scheduled Monday to Friday, and up to 6 Saturdays per year in addition to the regular schedule.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience. Annual bonuses linked to performance.
