We are seeking a Meat Processing Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for an individual that is flexible and a good team player with knowledge of the meat processing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 3-4 people.
- Monitor production processes for all value added products
- Achieve weekly production targets for each product
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

Experience:

3-5 years experience in meat processing, working with whole carcass down to finished retail cutting. Need to be able to lift 50 lb and work in a refrigerated meat processing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $32.00 per hour
