Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server/FOH (Front of House) team member to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or the food industry is preferred. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in customer service, food handling, and restaurant operations within a fast-paced setting.

Must have Availability 12pm - 4pm

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with food preparation when necessary,



adhering to health regulations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving issues promptly

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for handling bills and payments
- Experience in hospitality or guest services roles is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with excellent communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
