Job Responsibilities:
- Process Life, Critical Illness, and Disability Insurance applications and related documentation accurately.
- Manage emails, client inquiries, and administrative requests in a timely manner.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer/client information.
- Perform calendar management, scheduling, and appointment coordination.
- Collaborate with internal and back-office teams to ensure timely processing of applications and requests.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Complete assigned administrative and operational tasks while meeting deadlines and service standards.
- Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure all transactions comply with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Handle confidential customer information with accuracy and professionalism.
- Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings.
- Identify process issues and contribute to process improvements.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Life Insurance administration, operations, client service, or sales support.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Life, Critical Illness, and Disability Insurance products and processing.
- Experience with calendar management and administrative coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proven ability to accurately document, enter, and maintain customer/client information.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing processes and priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- University degree/post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- Level 2 Life Insurance License or LLQP is an asset.
- CFP, CLU, ChFC, or similar qualified designation is an asset.
- Experience supporting financial advisors, wealth management teams, or insurance sales teams is an asset.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
