About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Store Manager to lead the team at our Yonge & Wellesley location. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing a small team of 2–3 staff members per shift.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in people-management, and passionate about guest service. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering consistently outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and general upkeep.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead, motivate, and support a small team to maintain strong performance and team morale.
- Train and onboard new staff members.
- Assist with guest check-ins, room resets, and gameplay support when needed.
- Communicate effectively between staff and upper management to align on goals and store policies.
- Handle unexpected situations with a calm, level-headed approach.
- Ensure the store meets all cleanliness,



safety, and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot basic issues with game tech and props; escalate complex problems to technical support or management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on in-store promotions and social media content.
- Track basic performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment settings (escape room experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and interact with guests.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to day-to-day challenges.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Positive attitude and a genuine interest in creating memorable guest experiences

Job Type:

- Full-time
- Weekends and holidays as needed

Compensation:

Salary: $40,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
