Sequel Concepts Ltd. is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a solid background in the Tool & Mold industry to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who has spent years managing tooling programs, understands mold manufacturing from design through delivery, and enjoys working directly with customers while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Manage multiple customer programs from quotation through production launch and final delivery.
- Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Prepare detailed quotations for new mold builds, engineering changes (ECs), repairs, and tooling modifications.
- Coordinate project timelines between customers, engineering, machining, assembly, purchasing, and quality departments.
- Lead internal design reviews and provide technical input to improve manufacturability and tooling performance.
- Review tooling designs and manufacturing processes to identify potential issues before production.
- Support mold trials and customer buyoffs while ensuring project milestones are achieved.
- Troubleshoot tooling and production challenges, working with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
- Create, manage, and monitor work orders to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.




- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Travel to customer facilities throughout Canada and the United States as required.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in the Tool & Mold industry is required.
- Previous experience managing tooling or mold programs in a Program Manager or Project Manager role.
- Extensive knowledge of mold manufacturing, mold construction, engineering changes, mold repairs, and tool troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and manufacturing documentation.
- Strong understanding of machining, fitting, assembly, mold sampling, and production launch processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office is considered an asset.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel throughout Canada and the United States.
