Responsibilities:

- Connect the leads provided to educate the customers on the Better Business Bureau application process.
- Meet and exceed monthly outbound call requirements and applications
- Utilize all tools provided and follow a scripted presentation

Qualifications:

- Ability to build rapport with clients and "hunter" mentality.
- Passion for talking to people on the phones in a professional manner.
- Computer skills and familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms is a plus.
- Reliable and strong work ethic.
- Great energy and a great attitude.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
