Responsibilities

- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Provide a variety of beauty treatments such as waxing, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are strictly maintained
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored recommendations for nail and beauty care
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment by following proper sanitation procedures for tools and workstations
- Engage in upselling retail products like nail care items, skincare products, and beauty accessories to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment options, aftercare instructions,



and promote ongoing appointments
- Support retail sales efforts by educating clients on product benefits and encouraging repeat visits

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of nail art and beauty treatments
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques with the ability to perform waxing services safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their preferences
- Robust commitment to sanitation standards and maintaining a hygienic workspace at all times
- Ability to upsell products naturally while prioritizing client needs
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating confidence in product recommendations
