The Restaurant Store Manager in Training is responsible for learning and supporting all aspects of restaurant operations while developing the skills necessary to manage a store independently. This role involves hands-on training in daily operations, staff supervision, customer service, food safety, and financial performance. Under the guidance of senior management, the Manager in Training will progressively assume greater responsibility to ensure operational excellence, team engagement, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Job responsibilities:

- Assisting Store Manager in organizing, planning and implementing company strategy.

- Ensuring that company guidelines and OH&S; regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

- Coordinating day-to-day operations, including set work shift, monitor staff performance and providing training to employees on a regular basis.

- Supervising, leading and engaging employees.

- Reporting any problems or accidents to senior management.





- Collecting customer’s feedback and comments and addressing client’s concerns.

- Assisting with procurement of supplies and inventory management.

- Completing other tasks assigned by the Store Manager

Job Requirements:

-5+ years management experience is required.

-Fluent English is required and Mandarin is an asset.

-Day shift starts at 10:00 am & Night shift ends at 2:00 am (early morning). Around 8 hours for each shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $54,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
