ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a full-time role as a Licensed, New Home Sales Representative for a variety of multi-phased projects located in Southern Ontario. As a New Home Sales Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- marketing and promoting your site





- reaching out to local and GTA Brokers

- conducting sales presentations

- providing exceptional customer service to potential homebuyers

- completing various legal documents such as Agreements of Purchase and Sale and Amendments

- being knowledgeable of market trends and competitors

QUALIFICATIONS

- must have a valid Real Estate License

- self-confidence and motivation

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends

- ability to build and maintain relationships

- proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint with the ability to learn current systems

- willingness to learn and grow in varying environments

- experience in a sales role would be considered a plus

Pay: $39,981.98-$137,567.96 per year
