Resident Relations and Tenant Support
Correspond with tenants, conduct viewings of available units, use technology and tools as required to execute responsibilities.

Building Cleanliness and Grounds Maintenance
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of the premises, including daily spot cleaning of common areas, cleaning in vacant units, and attendance to safety issues and additional cleaning as required, such as snow shoveling walk ways or maintaining the garbage room.

Building Maintenance and Upkeep
Perform, coordinate, or arrange for maintenance and services of the premises, including cleaning common areas, preparing vacant units, maintaining storage areas, and monitoring inventory.

Repairs and Coordination of Professional Services
Perform minor repairs where appropriate (such as patching drywall, replacing cracked tiles, cleaning/replacing grout, painting and touch up work) and coordinate with professional repair services when necessary.

Building Systems Inspection and Safety
Conduct regular visual inspections and operational check of the premises and systems,



including HVAC, fire safety, security systems.

Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, report any activity that may be in violation of a lease or bylaw, etc.

General Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operation and management of the building and perform such duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be assigned from time to time.

Please note that the Resident Manager is required to live in office; the building is no smoking and no pets. There is a requirement for the Resident Manager to be available for urgent building matters during the evenings and weekends, and to perform in and out inspections on the weekends as needed. The cost of rent is considered a taxable benefit to the Resident Manager and is part of the position's renumeration.

Pay: $33,500.00-$50,000.00 per year
