Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling procedures to maintain a secure environment for both staff and customers.
- Assist customers with their orders.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred




- Prepare and carefully handle meat and grill duties.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and provide excellent customer service.

Ability to work flexible hours, including NIGHTS.
