Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper handling procedures
- Assist with food industry best practices such as proper food handling, storage,



and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities

Skills

- Experience in food preparation and food service roles preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and transparent communication
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
