Job Summary
We are looking for a Practical Nurse to join our team and provide quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be knowledgeable in the medical field. Responsibilities include assessing patient health, providing advice as recommended by the physician, administering medications, and performing medical procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in team settings.
Duties:
- Provide patient care and monitor patient health.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Monitor and document vital signs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
- Educate patients about health maintenance.
