Alberco Construction Ltd., leaders in bridge construction and water sewer infrastructure, is hiring an energetic construction laborer. Alberco is based out of St. Albert, Alberta with job sites located in the Edmonton area and North/Central Alberta.

Opportunity for advancement into carpentry apprenticeship

Year-round employment

GENERAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Load, unload, and transport construction materials.

- Use various site construction tools.

- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, and other items.

- Assist with placing and finishing concrete.

- Heavy labor in an outside workplace.

- Identify hazards on site and contribute to a safe work environment.

General Requirements:

- Fluent English

- Reliable vehicle to go to and from work.

- Physically apt to perform job duties.

- Ability to work as a team and communicate with co-workers.

- Willingness to learn general construction practices.

- Willingness to work overtime and out of town if required.





Wages start at $24 to $28 per hour depending on experience. Benefit and RRSP match plan.

This is a year round, full-time position with benefits and a professional atmosphere.
