Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and motivated Experienced Telemarketers and Appointment Setters to join our dynamic team in the janitorial services industry/staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our cleaning services and staffing services, and securing qualified appointments for our sales Manager. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will drive business growth and help establish lasting client relationships. This independent commission based position offers an exciting prospect to develop your sales expertise dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective commercial clients to introduce janitorial services and generate interest
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of our cleaning solutions tailored to each business’s needs
- Qualify leads by assessing client requirements, budget, and decision-making processes
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects, ensuring a high conversion rate




- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and maximize appointment opportunities
- Develop sales scripts, target audiences, and outreach strategies for optimal results

Requirements

- Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or inside sales roles, preferably within the service or technology sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of cleaning technologies is advantageous but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering positive client experiences

Pay: $36,300.00-$112,070.03 per year
