**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Full-Time Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service to our valued patrons. This position offers the prospect to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where creativity and passion for coffee are highly valued.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.

- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, greeting customers with a smile, taking orders, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.

- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision and care, ensuring the quality and consistency of each beverage.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the coffee bar, workstations, and seating areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.

- Restock inventory and supplies as needed, monitoring product levels and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.

-Updating and posting on social media channels as needed.

- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting team members and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.





**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.

- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso preparation, and latte art.

- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.

- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

-Social media knowledge considered an asset
