We are looking for window cleaners, who can start ASAP. The main duties are cleaning residential windows and eaves. Some level of athleticism is required for this position as there is a manual labor aspect to this job.
This is a seasonal position with a temporary contract that expires at the end of November when our season finishes. The position has the potential to be re-hire in the spring of 2027 depending on performance in the role.

The role:
The Window Cleaning Tech is primarily responsible for cleaning the windows and glass surfaces of residential and commercial buildings, using glass-cleaning solutions and industry specific tools to remove dirt and grime, and using ladders to access hard-to-reach windows. Additionally, the Window Cleaning Tech will work closely with the Manager/Supervisor and/or other crew members to complete other company offered services such as gutter cleaning, siding cleaning, etc., as assigned.
The core duties of this position include:
- Ability to work steadily for 7-9 hours/day, including tasks such as kneeling, reaching, lifting,
and climbing ladders.
- Physical ability to lift, move, push and pull up to 75 pounds.
- Work at heights and climb a ladder up to 3 stories.
The employer provides transportation to each job site. The meet-up and drop-off location is the Tim Hortons on Fallowfield Ave and Woodroffe Ave. Experience in labour jobs and window cleaning is preferred. Candidates within the local Ottawa area will be considered. The pay rate is between $20-$24 per hour and expect a higher pay rate as the experience level increases.
Full-time hours: 40 per week

Must have open availability Monday through Saturday.
Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
