Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. Duties

- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to schedule, plans, and safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and workflow
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and clarify project requirements
- Utilize construction management software Primavera P6 to track progress, update schedules, and manage documentation




- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications
- Oversee budgeting processes by monitoring costs, managing resources efficiently, and assisting with construction estimating when needed
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to uphold a safe working environment for all personnel

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of supervising experience in commercial or multi family residential construction projects
- Extensive construction experience with a strong understanding of building processes and materials
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations within the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve on-site issues promptly
