Job Type: Adaptable – All Shifts Available (must be available every other weekend)

We’re proud to offer compassionate, personalized care that supports individuals in remaining safe, healthy, and independent in their own homes. We’re currently seeking caring and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team in Ponoka.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide wound care and dressing changes
- Support clients with personal hygiene and daily routines
- Escort clients to medical appointments and provide standby support
- Assist with meal prep, grocery shopping, and feeding as needed
- Light housekeeping and friendly companionship
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Active LPN license (CLHA) in good standing
- CPR Certificate – Health Care Provider Level C
- Clear Police Check – Vulnerable Sector
- Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and remain physically active throughout shift
- Reliable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and qualified
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Able to provide 2 professional references
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available — please indicate your availability
- Must be available to work every other weekend
