We build websites, billing systems, and managed IT for Canadian small businesses — and we're looking for self-directed closers who want to earn serious money without a ceiling.

This is a contractor engagement. You set your own hours, work your own territory, and get paid rapid.

WHAT YOU'RE SELLING

A portfolio of three complementary products:

- GroundWork (ground-work.ca) — A complete business operating system for Canadian trades. From the first Google search result to the last five-star review, every step is automated. Website, AI receptionist, invoicing, and review automation — all connected, all running without the owner lifting a finger. When a job is marked paid, the system automatically sends the customer an SMS asking for a Google review. More reviews mean higher rankings, which means more calls, which means more jobs. The system grows itself. Plans from $199 to $349/month. Your target: any trades business — plumber, electrician, landscaper, cleaner — running on word of mouth with no digital presence.
- BusiBoxx (busiboxx.com) — National managed IT for small businesses. Monthly contracts from $500 to $2,500+/month depending on office size. Your target: any small business that uses computers and doesn't have an IT person.
- Computers Edmonton — Edmonton-based managed IT and support. Established client base, strong reputation.

You don't need to be a tech person. You need to be able to have a conversation, identify a need, and close.

COMPENSATION

You earn 100% of the client's first month subscription — paid to you within 14 days of their first payment clearing.

Examples:





- One GroundWork Full Front Office client ($349/mo) = $349 in your pocket
- One BusiBoxx 5-person office ($2,100/mo) = $2,100 in your pocket
- Four closes in a month = $4,000 to $8,400+

No trailing commissions. No residuals. A fed dog doesn't hunt — we want you hungry and productive, not comfortable and coasting.

Clients you bring stay with us permanently. There's no ceiling on how many you can bring.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven track record in B2B sales — you've sold something to a business before
- Self-directed — you don't need a manager standing over you
- Based anywhere in Canada — this is remote-friendly
- Comfortable with technology at a conversational level
- Resume and verifiable references required

WHAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR

- People who need a script and hand-holding
- People who ghost after the first week
- Order-takers — we need hunters

HOW IT WORKS

1. You reach out with your resume and a brief note

2. We have a 20-minute call

3. If it's a fit, we sign a simple contractor agreement and get you set up with materials

4. You go sell

5. Client signs up and pays — you get paid within 14 days

No onboarding marathon. No mandatory training modules. Just a handshake and a territory.
