Subprime Finance Manager – Automotive
We are looking for a motivated and driven Subprime Finance Manager to join our growing automotive finance team.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in Automotive Sales. You don’t need to have years of experience—we are willing to consider someone with a solid foundation who is eager to learn, grow, and build a successful career in automotive finance.

What You’ll Do

- Work with customers to understand their financial situation and vehicle needs
- Structure and present financing options for subprime and near-prime customers
- Work with a variety of lenders and financial institutions to secure approvals
- Build solid relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership staff
- Review credit applications and identify the best financing solutions
- Negotiate and structure deals while maximizing profitability
- Ensure all deals are accurate, complete, and compliant
- Follow up with customers and lenders throughout the financing process
- Maintain a high level of customer service from application through delivery

What We’re Looking For

- Automotive Sales experience is preferred
- Subprime finance experience is an asset




- Even limited finance experience will be considered for the right candidate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working with credit-challenged customers
- Organized and able to manage multiple deals at once
- Skilled, positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
