We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Lead to join our dynamic team! Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, cooking, and serving processes
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Manage cash handling responsibilities using Micros POS systems, including processing transactions accurately
- Assist in interviewing and onboarding new staff members to build a robust, cohesive team
- Monitor kitchen activities, coordinate food production,



and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Enforce health and safety policies, including food safety protocols and proper food storage techniques

Experience

- Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or restaurant industry
- Extensive food preparation, cooking, and food handling expertise in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Strong background in restaurant management, including overseeing operations and staff scheduling
- Exceptional customer service skills with experience in serving diverse clientele
- Knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen procedures, and hospitality best practices
- Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus; leadership qualities are essential for success
