White Wilderness Heliskiing is seeking skilled and service-oriented Servers for the upcoming winter season.

This position is suited to individuals who take pride in attentive service, presentation and maintaining a welcoming lodge environment. Our service team works closely together to provide a consistent and well-organized guest experience throughout the season.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service.
- Prepare and maintain dining, bar and guest service areas.
- Assist with breakfast, après and dinner service as scheduled.
- Complete table setting, clearing and resetting to established standards.
- Provide beverage, wine and bar service as required.
- Maintain a good understanding of daily menus, beverages and dietary requirements.
- Communicate guest requests and dietary information accurately to the culinary team.
- Assist with food running and coordinated service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the shift.
- Complete polishing, restocking and service preparation.
- Support general lodge presentation and guest readiness as required.
- Work cooperatively with culinary, housekeeping and lodge teams.




- Maintain a professional and discreet approach when interacting with guests.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities to established standards.

Qualifications

- Previous serving or hospitality experience.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Professional and personable guest-service approach.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a small team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a seasonal lodge environment.
- Reliable, adaptable and able to maintain consistent standards throughout the season.
- Serving It Right certification required.
- Wine and beverage knowledge considered an asset.
- Previous lodge, resort, hotel or upscale restaurant experience considered an asset.
- Valid driver's licence considered an asset.

Compensation: $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
