Responsibilities include:

- Providing the highest level of customer service to all guests, while maintaining a personable and professional image representative of the restaurant's Steps of Service.
- Extensive knowledge of all menu items and the ability to accommodate all dietary requests and allergies.
- Responding courteously and quickly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Confidently navigating wine lists + cocktail offerings + non alcoholic
- Motivation to make recommendations + suggestively sell our offerings
- Ability to maintain professionalism,



control and composure in difficult and stressful situations
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- 3+ Years bartending and/or serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- In depth cocktail knowledge require; both classic and non-alcoholic
- Experience working both alone and with a team
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Robust communication skills
- Smart Serve required
