Position Overview

This is a flexible part-time, results-oriented opportunity ideal for professionals with strong investment networks, fundraising experience, or strategic business connections.

There are no fixed working hours. Success in this role is measured by the quality of investor introductions, partnership opportunities, and fundraising results.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and introduce qualified investors, investment firms, family offices, foundations, and strategic partners.
- Arrange meetings between potential investors and CIRA's leadership team.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and business partners.
- Promote CIRA's innovation, vision, and long-term development strategy.
- Expand the school's investment and strategic partnership network.




- Support fundraising and capital development initiatives.
- Attend networking and business events to identify new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in fundraising, investment, business development, corporate finance, venture capital, private equity, banking, or strategic partnerships.
- Existing investor or business network is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
