New Real Estate Career? Let's Talk.

Thinking about real estate, or just starting your RECA licensing? At Royal LePage Noralta Real Estate, we help brand-new agents get off to a strong, well-supported start — not a sink-or-swim one.

Most new agents ask the same questions:

- Will I actually get training, or just a login and a desk?
- How do I get my first few deals when I have no experience?
- Is real estate really a stable career, or just a leap of faith?
- What does day-to-day support actually look like when I'm starting out?

If those questions sound familiar, let's talk.

What You'll Get at Noralta

Royal LePage Noralta Real Estate is one of the Edmonton region's largest full-service brokerages, with offices in Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, and Spruce Grove. New agents get:

- Start at an 80/20 commission split with a clear path to 100% once you hit your cap — plus flexible plan options (office, hoteling, or cash-flow) as your business grows
- Structured onboarding and mentorship — not a sink-or-swim start
- Dedicated conveyancing support, so you're not learning paperwork alone
- Marketing and listing support to help you win your first clients
- Compliance and risk management guidance, built into how we do business
- Coaching and accountability to help you build real habits early
- A collaborative peer network of agents who remember being new
- Royal LePage's national tools, training, and brand recognition

Our goal: help you build a real, sustainable career — with people around you who want you to succeed.

You May Be a Outstanding Fit If You

- Are in RECA pre-licensing, or planning to start soon
- Are serious about building a long-term career, not testing the water
- Want real training and mentorship, not just a commission split
- Are coachable and open to following a proven system
- Are ready to put in the work to build a client base from scratch

This Might Not Be the Right Fit If You Want

- To be left entirely on your own to figure it out
- The lowest-cost brokerage option, regardless of support
- A side hustle with no real commitment
