Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation according to established recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency
- Have some breakfast cookery experience.
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Assist with plating dishes and ensuring timely service during busy hours
- Handle food orders accurately, including portioning, garnishing, and packaging as needed




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent guest satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; eager learners are welcome!
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
- Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a dynamic kitchen setting
