Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and talented Digital Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting to develop, implement, and manage social marketing content that promotes our company, as well as fulfilling the role of receptionist.

Responsibilities

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain the social media and branding strategy for the company
- Create sales-generating, promotional content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook & TikTok.
- Maintain vehicle inventory and take inventory photos to be loaded on company website.
- Answer phone promptly and field calls accordingly.
- Greet and assist customers.
- Maintain the appearance of both the reception and coffee areas.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- General filing and accounts receivable/payable.

Required Skills

- Exhibits an intermediate level or above proficiency in the use of different social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Strong creative skills for developing social content including photos and videos.
- General knowledge/experience with photography.




- Experience in website maintenance on platforms such as WordPress.
- Experience in graphic design on platforms such as Canva may be an asset.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent communication and written skills; ability to proof read and edit content.
- A self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly and skilled customer service etiquette both in person and over the phone.
- Knowledge in basic accounts receivable/payable is preferred.

Driver's license and driving abstract required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
