About the Role
We are hiring experienced Raymond Reach and Walkie Forklift Operators for a case picking–focused warehouse role. Please note: this position is primarily case picking (majority of the work) along with forklift operation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Candidates must have strong experience in Raymond Reach and Walkie operation and be comfortable with high-volume picking work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform case picking (primary 90% of the role) accurately and efficiently
- Operate Raymond Reach and Walkie forklifts safely
- Each picking and occasional full pallet picking
- Receive, put away, and stage inventory as required
- Conduct replenishment, inventory moves, and cycle counts
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
Requirements (Must Have)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in:
- Raymond Reach forklift
- Walkie (Electric Pallet Jack)
- Valid physical forklift license (mandatory)
- Strong experience in case picking / warehouse picking operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and able to work independently or in a team
Significant Note
- This is not just forklift work — the main responsibility is case picking with forklift support

- Candidates must be comfortable with fast-paced picking targets
Pay: $20.00 per hour
