Synergie is recruiting for several General Labours in the Distribution Sector in Mississauga, Ontario.
We are seeking reliable Order Pickers to join a busy distribution environment. Using voice-directed technology, you will accurately pick and prepare customer orders, move completed totes to conveyor systems, and help ensure products are processed efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working independently, and being part of a team-focused operation. **Must be available to train M to F 2:30pm to 10:30pm. Schedule is 10:30pm to 8:30am Fri, Sun, Mon and 8:30pm to 6:30am Sat**
A typical day:

- Pick customer orders using a voice-activated headset system
- Load and organize products into totes according to order requirements
- Transport completed totes from carts to roller conveyors for processing
- Maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards throughout the shift
- Attend daily pre-shift meetings and participate in workplace stretching activities

Successful candidates will have:

- Wear required PPE including steel toe boots and a safety vest




- Work comfortably on your feet throughout a physically active 10-hour shift
- Follow verbal instructions delivered through a voice-directed picking system
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Total rewards:

- $19.00 hourly
- Work a consistent full-time night shift schedule with 10-hour shifts Friday to Monday
- Join a supportive team environment with daily safety meetings and stretching routines
- Receive paid training on the afternoon shift before transitioning to nights
- Gain experience in a fast-paced distribution and logistics operation
- Enjoy a four-day work week with regular days off
- Friday Sunday and Monday 10:30pm to 8:30am Saturday 8:30pm to 6:30am
