Frenkel Tobin LLP is a boutique law firm specializing in family law.

We are currently seeking a law clerk/ to start immediately. The applicant is to have a minimum of 2 years of current family law experience at a family law practice.

The clerk will assist our team with their files and with guidance from other lawyers and staff. The clerk will be responsible for client communication, preparing documents for mediation/arbitration/litigation, and all aspects of a family law practice.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial and Net Family Property (NFP) statements
- Draft documents as needed and meet with clients
- Manage schedules and act as liaison to third parties
- General office administration and management

Requirements:

- Significant and relevant family law experience
- Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent experience




- Experience in DivorceMate (Clio and QBs preferable but not mandatory)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and file management skills
