SG Peak Roofing is a New Westminster-based residential roofing company serving Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. We generate our own leads through paid advertising, our crews handle installation, and we're building out our sales team: you work the leads, price the job and close it, and our production team takes it from there.

WHAT YOU GET

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Work our inbound leads and set your own appointments with homeowners across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley
- Inspect and measure roofs, build the takeoff, and price at margin
- Present options, handle objections, and close
- Keep your pipeline moving and your follow-ups tight
- Represent SG Peak professionally at the door and in the community

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR





This is not an entry-level seat. We're a small operation with no training department, so you need to already know how to read a roof. If you've been estimating and selling re-roofs somewhere else, you'll be running full speed in a week.

- Experience estimating and selling residential re-roofs
- Able to build a takeoff from an aerial measurement report and price a job at margin
- Comfortable in an attic and on a ladder - you need to see the deck, the ventilation and the flashing before you price anything
- Able to sit at a kitchen table against three competing quotes and be the one they trust
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Evening and weekend flexibility when customers need it
- Legally able to work in Canada

PAY

Commission-based: 6% of contract value from your first job, rising with volume, uncapped. Typical re-roofs run $12,000-$25,000. Realistic first-year earnings $65,000-$120,000.
