- Provide friendly and informative service to patients, answering questions about over-the-counter products and prescription procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using medical terminology familiarization.
- Support medication administration processes by preparing doses under supervision and ensuring proper storage conditions.




- Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols, including infection control standards and confidentiality regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate productive patient care and medication management.

Experience

- Previous hospital experience or exposure to clinical settings is highly desirable.
- Experience as a pharmacy technician or in a similar healthcare support role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals and patient care.
- Proven ability to handle medication administration tasks accurately and responsibly.
