Job Title: Specifications Review Intern

Job Summary
The Specifications Review Intern will support the Quality and Engineering team by reviewing customer specifications and processing requirements for special processes. The intern will ensure specifications are current, maintain revision records, and assist in organizing technical documentation to support compliance with customer, industry, and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review customer specifications, process requirements, and technical documentation for special processes (e.g., NDT, Anodizing, Alodine, LPI, MPI, Passivation).
- Maintain and update specification revision logs and ensure the latest revisions are available to production and quality teams.
- Organize and control specification documents in accordance with the company's document control procedures.
- Verify that applicable customer and industry specifications are identified for each process.




- Assist in communicating specification updates and revisions to relevant departments.
- Archive obsolete specifications while maintaining accurate revision history.
- Support Quality and Engineering with documentation and compliance-related tasks.
- Perform other administrative and technical support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and engineering documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing or special processing is an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
