Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Grill Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our customers while maintaining the standards of our restaurant.

Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring all meals are cooked to perfection.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency in meal preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding kitchen areas.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including marinating meats and chopping vegetables.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service setting, with specific experience in grilling preferred.




- Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food handling practices.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for meal preparation and providing exceptional service to customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
