About the Role

Great Canadian Leasing is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team in North York.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of hands-on automotive sales experience, a valid OMVIC Registration, and a strong understanding of the complete vehicle sales process.

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused sales professional who can effectively manage leads, build long-term customer relationships, negotiate deals, and deliver a professional and transparent vehicle-buying experience.

Experience with luxury and high-end vehicles is highly valued. The successful candidate should be knowledgeable about vehicle options, packages, features, and specifications and be able to clearly explain the differences and benefits to customers.

Responsibilities

- Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to delivery
- Respond to online, phone, and walk-in inquiries and convert qualified leads into sales
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles based on their preferences and budget
- Provide detailed explanations of vehicle features, options, packages, and specifications
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of luxury and high-end vehicle products
- Negotiate pricing and structure deals professionally and confidently
- Follow up consistently with leads and previous customers
- Generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Stay up to date on vehicle features, pricing, financing and leasing options,



and current market trends
- Work closely with management and other team members to ensure a smooth sales and delivery process
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience
- Valid OMVIC Registration in Ontario — Required
- Proven track record in automotive sales and customer service
- Strong understanding of luxury and high-end vehicle options, packages, features, and specifications, with the ability to clearly explain them to customers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills
- Ability to confidently present and demonstrate vehicles to customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and product knowledge
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence
- Reliable transportation is an asset
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is an asset
