Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Experienced Baker to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities

- Prepare, mix, and bake a wide variety of high-quality baked goods from scratch according to daily production schedules.
- Manage early morning production independently and efficiently, ensuring all items are freshly prepared and ready on time (Shift starts at 2:00 AM).
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including measuring ingredients, dough handling, shaping, and oven management.
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and handling standards to ensure all products meet health regulations.
- Support kitchen operations by cleaning workstations, organizing supplies,



and adhering to food industry best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours and uphold a positive team environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of qualified baking experience in a bakery, restaurant, or commercial kitchen setting.
- Ability to consistently work early morning shifts starting at 2:00 AM.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipe scaling, food safety protocols, and food handling procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet daily baking deadlines.
- Certification in food safety is a plus.
- Passion for the culinary arts and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional baked goods.

Compensation

- Pay Rate: Hourly wage negotiable / to be determined based on experience following the interview process.
